Can I return my plant?

We love our plants as much as you will, which is why we hand-pick each one straight from local nurseries just for you. Because they start settling into their new home right away, we’re unable to accept plant returns. Whether you’re local in Warsaw (where they spend only one or two nights at our re-potting point) or receive your order by courier (plants rest with us for a maximum of three days to avoid weekend layovers), our goal is to get them to you healthy and happy.

My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your plant or planter arrives in seriously damaged condition, email photos (full plant + close-up of the damage) to info@balkonista.pl within 24 hours. We’ll respond within hours and make it right.

Is there a warranty on my plants?

Absolutely! From careful packing to express delivery, we go the extra mile to ensure your plant and its planter arrive in tip-top shape. Because they’re living organisms, you might occasionally spot a little nick or scratch—that’s normal! Minor cosmetic marks aren’t covered under warranty, but rest assured, plants bounce back quickly.

All plants come with a 30-day warranty. If your plant’s health takes a significant turn for the worse within 30 days, send us pictures and a brief description to info@balkonista.pl, and we’ll find a solution together.
